Job Description

As a Service Delivery Specialist, no 2 days will be the same. The role is filled with variety, learning and growth opportunities. Youre ultimately responsible for being a conduit between our customers and our technical delivery teams to ensure that customers receive an exceptional customer experience. This role will have you liaising with clients to schedule technical work, maintaining our booking schedules, assigning tasks to technical teams, updating information in our customer database, coordinating with our 3rd party suppliers, and managing the overall delivery process. If project work is what you enjoy, this role is for you! Experience and abilities required: Skills and Experience In order to excel in this role you will need: Exceptional Time management skills. Experience with scheduling tasks, managing workloads and monitoring delivery within agreed timeframes Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. The ability to prioritise and execute tasks in a hands-on, high-pressure environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations. Strong customer service orientation. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Ability to understand IT systems and services Proven success working in a previous customer service role Experience deploying complex WANs would be an advantage. You must be eligible to work in New Zealand and be a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident. The successful candidate will be subject to police and credit checks.
