Job Description

The job covers all aspects ofproviding a technical customer service role.You will be part of a team of 3, with total staff of 18. The job will also require helping in the warehouse at busy timesThe warehouse is our main distribution centre and we supply goods to our customers around New Zealand as well as supporting our anches.We are located on the North Shore in Auckland and operate 5 days a week Monday to Friday. Our product range includes equipment and spares for Spray Painting and Pumps and we are involved with a wide range of industry types. We will provide training in all aspects of the job. Great customer service is of first importance. Experience in atechnical customer service roleenvironment is a requirement. You will need to be computer literate, comfortable with learning how to process transactions and looking up manuals for product information. Good communication skills, common sense and a positive attitude with a willingness to learn will soon make you a valuable member of the team.
