In case you forget your password click on ‘Forgot Password’, fill in the required fields and click on ‘Submit’. A confirmation mail along with your password will be sent directly to your inbox.

Unregistered Jobseekers

Unregistered Jobseekers can register themselves with wisdomjobs.co.nz, by clicking on ‘Register now’ or you can also click on ‘register here’ which is displayed in the ‘forgot password’ page. Posting your resume on wisdomjobs.co.nz takes not more than 30 seconds.

After you click on ‘register now’ or ‘register here’, a registration page will be displayed. Enter all the required fields and then click on ‘create account’. Once the account is created, a message will be displayed as ‘your account created successfully’.

My Wisdom

By clicking on ‘my wisdom’, a page will be displayed where you can see all the details of your profile. In this page, you can see different options like ‘my account’, ‘my profiles’, ‘saved jobs’, ‘applied jobs’, ‘job alerts’ and ‘search manager’. Each and every section has an edit option and you can change all your profile details as per your convenience.

You can click on the edit option which is displayed in the ‘my account’ section to edit your personal details.

When you click on the edit option, a page will be displayed where you can edit all your personal details. After entering all the details, click on ‘update’. Your information will be updated successfully.

Next if you click on the Add/edit option in ‘my profiles’, a page will be displayed where you can edit all your profile details. There are two buttons in this i.e. ‘create a new profile’ and ‘create a new cover letter’.

If you click on the ‘create new profile’ link which is displayed in the available profiles, a page will be displayed where you have to enter all your profile details and then click on ‘post resume’. Clicking on ‘cancel’ button will delete the details that you have entered.

There is one more link ‘create new cover letter’ just below the available cover letters.

After that if you click on 'create a new cover letter', a page will be displayed asking you to enter all the required fields. Once you enter, click on 'save', clicking this will save your cover letter and if you don't want to save then click on 'cancel'. This cancel button will delete all the details entered by you. Creating an attractive cover letter will increase your chances of getting more interview calls.

Once you create a cover letter, it will be displayed in the ‘available cover letters’. You can create, copy, edit, email and delete cover letters. You can create maximum of 5 cover letters. If you click on ‘preview’, a preview of your cover letter which you have created will be displayed.

If you want to forward your cover letter to your friends, click on ‘email’. Once you click, a page will be displayed where you have to enter all the details and the click on ‘submit’.

In the same welcome page, ‘saved jobs’ option is displayed. In this there is a link called ‘see more’. If you click on this, a page will be displayed where you can see all the jobs that you have saved. You can save the jobs that are relevant for you and you can apply for those jobs as per your convenience.

In the same home page you can see the ‘Applied jobs’ option. In this ‘see more’ link is displayed, if you click on this, it will display all the jobs that you have applied in last 30 days. You can apply for the jobs that are relevant for you and also you can view the list of applied jobs in this section.

In the welcome page, you can see that an option ‘job alerts’ is displayed. In this there is add/edit button available and if you click on this link, a page will be displayed where you can see the job alerts which you have created.

You can also find one more link i.e. ‘create job alert’ just beside the job alerts. If you click on this link a page will be displayed where you can create a job alert by clicking on ‘create job alert’. Job alert will be created successfully. Creating a job alert helps you find the latest jobs. Based on the search criteria that you have set for your job alert, you get access to the latest jobs which are sent directly to your inbox.

If you click on the job alert created as shown above, job alert which you have created will be displayed.

If there are any similar jobs, those jobs will be displayed by clicking on ‘similar jobs’ which is displayed in view job alert page.

You also have an option of editing your job alert. Just click on ‘edit’ that is displayed in the job alerts page. Enter all the required fields and then click on ‘update job alert’.

You can also delete and run the job alert that you have created by clicking on respective ‘delete’ and ‘run’ buttons, these buttons are displayed just beside the edit option in the same page of job alerts.

In the welcome page, you can see ‘search manager’ option in the last section. This also has ‘add/edit’ option, if you click on this, a page will be displayed where all the searches that you have saved will be displayed.

In the same page there is a ‘create save search’ link. If you click on this, a page will open where you can create a save search and click on ‘create save search’. Your search will be saved successfully. Edit option allows you to edit the search details and you can delete it by clicking on ‘delete’. Run option allows you to run the search process.

Once you create a save search, it will be displayed as shown below:

In manage profiles page, which is displayed in the drop down of ‘my wisdom’, you can manage and add profiles and also cover letters. You can create and store up to 5 profiles and cover letters. In this page, if you want to edit any of your information, click on ‘edit’ option which is displayed in available profiles.

Once you click on the edit option, a page will be displayed with so many sections to edit. You can click on ‘edit this section’ displayed just beside each section, to edit all the sections that are shown below.

To view your resume, click on view resume. Resume which you have uploaded will be displayed.

If you want to download your resume, click on ‘download resume’, a page will be displayed where you can open or save the resume and then you can view your resume.

If you want to do any changes in your resume, you can click on the ‘edit’ option, which is displayed in the same page of resume. A page will be displayed where you can update your resume by filling all the required fields and click on ‘save uploaded resume.’

Next in the skillsets section, if you have new skill sets to add, just click on ‘add skill’. Once click on the link, one more tab will be displayed. Enter your new skill set information and then click on ‘save skill’, if you want to save the skill. If you want to remove any skill, just click on ‘remove skill’.

Next in the desired employment section, you can enter the type of employment desired by you by clicking on the ‘edit’ option. After entering all the details click on ‘save desired employment’.

You can edit your contact information by clicking on the ‘edit’ link in contact information section. After entering all the details click on ‘save contact info’, all the details which you have entered will be saved.

You can enter your previous employment details. If you click on ‘edit’ button, a page will be displayed where you have to enter your most recent employer information first.

You can add maximum of 5 employers. If you want to add, just click on ‘add another’ which is displayed in below. If you want to save any employer, just click on ‘save emp’. Clicking on ‘cancel’ will delete all the details entered by you.

You can enter all the academic related information in this section. Just click on ‘edit’ option which is displayed in the education details section. Enter all the required fields correctly and then click on ‘save education’, details will be saved. Clicking on ‘cancel’ will delete all the details entered by you.

You can add additional qualifications or any certifications if you have in this section. Click on the ‘add/edit’ link and enter all the details. If you want to save any certifications, click on ‘save certification’. Clicking on ‘cancel’ will delete all the details entered by you.

You can edit your job classifications by clicking on the ‘edit’ option as displayed below. Fill all the required fields and then click on ‘save job classification’. Clicking on ‘cancel’ will erase the details which you entered.

You can enter the location which you prefer to work in this section. Just click on the ‘add/edit’ link, fill all the required fields. If you want to save, then click on ‘save location’. Clicking on ‘cancel’ will erase the details which you entered.

You also have an option to remove the preferred locations by clicking on ‘remove’.

You can enter all the languages which you know in this section. Just click on ‘add/edit’ in the languages known section as shown below. You can add more languages by clicking on ‘add another’. You also have an option to remove the preferred languages by clicking on ‘remove’.

Once you enter all your details, you can have a preview by clicking on ‘preview’ link.

You can copy and delete the jobs which you have saved or applied. You can also email jobs, for this you have to click on ‘email’ which is displayed in the available profiles. You can email jobs to your friends by entering all the required fields and then click on ‘submit’.

You can forward the jobs to your friends. To do this, you have to click on ‘email’. Once you click on it, a page will be displayed where you have to fill all the required fields and then click on ‘submit’.

2. SEARCH JOBS:

- Advanced Job Search:

You can start searching for jobs by entering relevant keywords, location, category, job type etc. Fill in all required entry fields and click on ‘Search for jobs’ for an advanced job search.

You can also search jobs by functions, industries, locations and skills by clicking on respective tabs given in the drop down list.

Jobs by Functional Area

You can enter the functional area of your functionality. The search results will display all those jobs within the entered functional area matching with your functionality.

Jobs by Industry

You can click on your preferred industry to search jobs on your skillset. The search results will display all jobs matching with your preferred industry.

Jobs by Location

You can click on your preferred city to search jobs matching with entered cities depending upon your preference. The search results will display all jobs of that particular location which you have specified.

Jobs by Skills

You can click on your skillset matching your profile. The search results will display all jobs of that particular skillset matching your profile

Login to wisdomjobs.co.nz with valid user name and password

Click on Pragnya meter tab on menu bar

Add your skills to the skillset cart by clicking on Add Skills tab which is at the right side of the your order details.

Click on ‘Add Skills’,it takes you to the edit profile page. Then click on Add/Edit tab to add more skillsets or delete the existing skillsets.

Once you click on Add/Edit it displays below window and click on Add Skills and save them by clicking on Save Skills.

Pragnya Analytics:

Pragnya Analytics is a snapshot of your pragnya meter exam details. Here you can find how many skills you have added to the cart, how many exams you have completed, how many skills you have paid and how many exams were pending.

POST RESUME:

Post resume tab will allow you to create 5 different profiles. If you want to create a profile, enter all the required fields and then click on ‘post resume’. Your profile will be saved and if you don’t want to save then click on ‘cancel’. Clicking cancel will delete all the details entered by you.

Employer:

Employers can contact us by filling the all required fields and then after click on ‘submit’. Please make a note that your query or comments should be clear so that we can get back to you with right suggestions or answers.

In this wisdom blog you can find articles related to career, informative and social awareness. Every week we post different articles so as to help our job seekers in building a right career. You can click on ‘Blog’ to know the voice of the wisdom on various contemporary issues of the present market. You can also submit your views and suggestions on the same.

Pragnya meter:

If you click on ‘pragnya meter’ which is displayed in the right side of the welcome page, a page will be displayed as shown below. Also all the skill sets which you have added at the time of registration will be added in to the pragyna meter cart and will be displayed in this section.

If you want to add any new skills apart from the added skills, click on Add.

If you want to delete, then click on delete the skills. Once you click on Pay Now, it will display one message showing that, your payment has been done and your payment order number.

Change Password:

If you want to change your password, click on change password link as shown below.

Enter all the required fields and then click on ‘submit’. Once you click on ‘submit’ your password will be changed successfully.

My pragnya meter:

‘My Pragnya meter’ provides you guidance material for pragnya meter exam in the form of FAQs and Video help and Testimonials given by the job seekers. It will help the job seekers to get clarify their issues.

Recruiters Preview:

If you click on ‘recruiters preview as shown below, a page will be displayed where your profile will be shown with a brief of your profile. Recruiters can see your resume in this format.
